"Tik Tok Challenge"

The Delaware State Police have contacted school districts representatives regarding a disconcerting “Tik Tok Challenge” called “Slap a Teacher”.

The Seaford School District values its educators; we take the the safety of our teachers as seriously as the safety of our students. For this reason, any student who participates in any action involving violence or destruction to school property faces disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from school. Any student touching an educator in a harmful or offensive manner will face arrest, criminal charges and prosecution. The Seaford School District will ask that the full extent of the law be used if a student commits a violent act towards a teacher.

We fully expect that all Blue Jays will continue to be respectful, make good choices, and not participate in such offensive activities.
